My Shiny Sticker

This is a sticker. The back is made from a kind of card. If you peel it off it's sticky underneath.

There's something special about it. It's shiny and silver.....



but when you move it you can see it has lots of different colours.



If you look closely you might be able to see a face.....

Fabric Cards

Rules: No peeking
Go clockwise

. Spread the cards out
. Turn them over so you only see the green




. Put the blindfold on
. Choose two cards
. If they are the same, you keep them
. If they are different you put them back
. Then it is somebody else’s turn
. When all the cards are gone the game is over
. The winner is the one with the most pairs

My enormous pencil
This is a pencil and it is made of wood. The top part is made of metal.



What is it like?
It is not iron and it is not steel because it is not magnetic.

A piece of chalk
This is a piece of chalk. I brought it because we are reading a book about a chalk pit, called 'Stig of the Dump'.



What is it like?
Chalk comes from a rock. You can write with it.

This is a robot and its eyes are long. The head is made out of plastic knives and its tummy is made of a plastic milk bottle.



‘I like your robot because he has black eyes,’ said Azri.

the amazing domino machine

My pattern goes blue, red, blue, red and so on. These colours are my favourite colours. We can also describe this pattern 1, 2, 1, 2 and so on. I like it the most when I knocked the dominoes down.

I made a mistake

I went to the seaside to see the sun

Patterns on my socks

TANMAY: Well the pattern is bump, flat, bump, flat, bump, flat and so on. It is a tricky pattern. We could also feel it. Max is my friend that's why he chose me to be his partner.
